Types of misconduct required to win compensation for harassment  

 

q     You must have experienced  at least two incidents of bullying or harassment to satisfy the court that you have been subjected to a “course of conduct”

q     The misconduct must be sufficiently serious that if a reasonable person in possession of the same  information as the perpetrator would think it amounted to harassment then that is what it is

q     This includes all types of harassment prohibited by the discrimination laws of the European Union based on sex, race, disability, age,  sexual orientation, religion or belief

q     It also includes  humiliating or intimidating conduct of any other kind which you may have experienced whether it is based on recognised discrimination grounds or not
